27 Body Transformation Habits You Can’t Ignore is, first and foremost, a very long title for a product; but more seriously, it’s a compilation of simple lifestyle hacks that can greatly transform your overall health. It’s not a workout or dieting regimen per se, but more of a best health practices guide which you can incorporate in your life to improve your health right away.
This program is created by Tyler Bramlett (a.k.a. The Garage Warrior). Tyler is known for his unconventional training methods; mostly focusing on exercise regimens and fitness equipments outside of a gym environment (i.e. the garage, thus the nickname “The Garage Warrior”). In line with that philosophy, you’ll notice his emphasis on Crossfit training and using the kettlebell; areas wherein Tyler has professional certifications in. He’s not as flashy or well-known as other fitness gurus you tend to see in popular media, but a very capable fitness professional nonetheless.
As for the program’s highlights; well, there are at least 27 of them to choose from. What really caught our eye though is a daily habit called “Touch the Earth.” Now that particular habit may not sound like anything which can be beneficial to your health, much less contributory to a body transformation. However, Tyler explains how your environment affects your energy and, incidentally, your health. It may sound metaphysical, but we all know there are certain aspects of nature that contribute to our well-being. Why do you think it’s soothing to sit under a tree or listening to the waves of the ocean?
Another habit mentioned in the program that we particularly like is the weekly habit of “Measuring Your Success.” The underlying idea is that “what gets measured, gets managed;” with the opposite being true as well. You can’t realize and celebrate your success if you don’t consciously and consistently tally and monitor them. Success holds more power if you can empirically verify it as opposed to subjectively feeling it.
The last bit of highlight we’ll share about this program is a habit called “Cold Water Therapy.” Not many know the benefits provided by taking a cold shower. On top of that, it may sound counterintuitive since most people crave a warm bath after a long day; but showering in cold water does have its health merits (and support from multiple credible health authorities). Trying this habit out may change your perspective and improve your health considerably.
